Why do you want to apply for Moderator status? I want to be a moderator because if i were to be promoted to this rank, I would promise to be on this server at least once a week unless i have something important to do like go on a vacation. I will also be very responsible for anything i do.

Have you ever held any staff positions before on any other servers? Yes, I don't think this counts but i donated to be a staff rank.

What are some special things you have done in the World of Minecraft? in reality? I have a thing of making different house designs.

Have you ever griefed or been banned from a server? To be honest, yes i admit it.

How many hours do you play Minecraft per day? About probably 15 minutes or more.

Are you in school or do you have a job? I am in middle school.

How long have you been a member of [Block]Zone Community? About a year

How many hours can you contribute daily to moderating? 1 to 2 hours

Are you aware that if you are offered the position of becoming a moderator, your moderating duties will be your first priority on the server? Yes I do.

Do you understand that this is a volunteer position and that you will not recieve any income/money if offered to become a mod? Yes. I don't want this job for money, I want this job for the sake of the server's safety.
