Should Juicyploppy get banned or not?

Juicy has greifed, been a brat, and works on other people's builds when they don't want her to. She has been very annoying and no matter how many times you warn her, she doesn't stop. Just because she is 9 doesn't mean she can get away with it. Today she just spammed a ton of signs all over guest saying random things. If you had enough of Juicy vote Yes.
